- The unified trademark “Ibonoito” was established in 1894. Drawing from the clear waters of the Ibo River and crafted with carefully selected wheat flour and Ako salt, Ibonoito noodles are produced by master artisans and characterized by their rich flavor and firm, satisfying texture. In 2024, these noodles were registered under the Geographical Indication (GI) protection system.
